As an AWIR Fellow/Trainee member, you get the opportunity to attend and make the most out of our Annual Conference taking place on July 24-26th 2025 in Orlando, FL:
- Submit your original data for review by AWIR's peer-review committee (instructions below).
- Present your accepted abstract on our main stage or in a poster tour.
- Join exclusive workshops to build skills and explore career opportunities.
- Connect with rheumatology experts, peers, and partners in an inclusive environment.
- Attend AWIR 2025 in-person for free, with or without abstract submission or presentation!*
NOTE:
Sponsored attendance at AWIR’s Annual Conference is only available for AWIR fellow/trainee members in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Sponsorship includes waived registration fees and post-conference reimbursement for travel expenses and hotel. To receive reimbursement (one economy class ticket <$500 for US and <$800 for Canada and Mexico) AWIR trainees/fellows must have their registration badges scanned all Conference days, attend all sessions and workshops, and complete the CME surveys.

Requirements
- Original research in a 350-word abstract (e.g. survey research, case studies, interventional design).
- Author information and affiliations.
- Presenting author’s CV and headshot.
- Current AWIR fellow/trainee member status.
Once the submission window closes, our expert committee will review all abstracts and decide whether your abstract is accepted as a podium or poster-only presentation.
