Overview:

During this virtual seminar, leading rheumatologists will analyze factors at the clinic level that contribute to disparities in rheumatology care. They will review variability in clinical presentation and treatment response among minorities and women and discuss communication barriers between providers and patients caused by issues such as unconscious bias and gaps in cultural competency.
